Elandela Lake View Lodge – situated in the Big Five Greater Kruger National Park Area – is renowned for providing an astounding visual contrast between the shimmering African Plains fading into the distant, majestic Drakensberg’s Blyde River Canyon and the tranquil lake in front of the lodge. Lake View guests immerse themselves in the sun sets whilst enjoying the many individual animal interactions playing off in and around the lake – right at their door step! Hippos and Crocodiles, Egyptian geese and Giraffe, Terrapins and Zebras and at dusk a curious Hyena or Giant Galago. This is a lodge to relish with an intimate acquaintance – the perfect destination for a Honeymoon or a celebration with the special person in your life. Lake View Lodge is warm and intimate, providing accommodation for 26 adults only.

The 4 different room types are designed to accommodate couples or two friends in luxury around a typical African waterhole setting. The no barrier, or wheelchair friendly room offers a specially designed bathroom with all the necessary space and amenities. The lavish Lake View Lodge Honeymoon Suites offer a King Size Extra Length Four Poster bed, inside and outside showers as well as a delightful 2-person spa bath. The 2 Deluxe Suites are equipped with Queen Size Four Poster beds and en suite bathroom with a shower. The Standard Suites, the most economical Suites, provide tastefully decorated and fully equipped Suites for a double or twin booking – by offering 2 Single beds that can be joined to form a King Size Bed – with en suite bathroom with a shower.
